Organizational Development
Add to our growing list of Library Milestones!
This page is continuously under development, listing actions taken by
any person or unit within the Library that supports our Statement of Values. Some of
these are direct outcomes of staff ideas for
action generated in 2000/2001, while others have grown out of unit
missions and individual efforts.
Value: Collegiality & Cooperation

each other. We appreciate diversity.
- The Library joyfully pitched in again this year to make the

staff for making this a grand event.

Whole Brain: a Workstyle Model, sponsored by Cabinet and

learned our own learning/thinking/working preferences and got some tips on
how to benefit from and work with colleagues having different working
styles.
- Thanks to volunteer efforts of Library staff, we enjoyed a fabulous
Winter Holiday Party, co-sponsored by the Staff Development Committee

gifts for each staff member; special appearances by the Holiday Chorus and
