You can enable EndNote to link to the UC-eLinks server, which will provide all UC-eLinks services including full-text access (when available) to all the citations in your EndNote library.
Instructions for EndNote version X3
Instructions for EndNote versions 7, 9, X, X1, X2

1. To enter the UC-eLinks server information into EndNote, open your EndNote program and open the EndNote Preferences.
PC: Preferences is the last option on the Edit Menu.
Mac: Preferences is on the EndNote Menu.
In the Preferences Interface box (shown below), highlight "URLs & Links" (this is called "OpenURL" in older versions), and then check the "Enable Open URL" check box. You need to delete the existing OpenURL Path and type in the following: http://ucelinks.cdlib.org:8888/sfx_local
In the Arguments box, replace "WoS" with "EndNote" (near the beginning) so that the argument is exactly as shown in the image below. You may cut and paste the following text to replace the entire argument. Do this one line at a time, as it is very important that there are no spaces in this argument:
?sid=ISI:EndNote&aufirst=AUFIRST&aulast=AULAST&issn=ISSN&isbn=ISBN&atitle=ATITLE &title=TITLE&volume=VOLUME&issue=ISSUE&date=DATE&spage=SPAGE&epage=EPAGE

2. To use UC-eLinks from EndNote, first open a reference in EndNote, then select References > OpenURL Link, as shown below.

A UC-eLinks window will open in your default web browser. It will show your citation and full-text retrieval
options. For more information on using UC-eLinks, watch this 2-minute UC-eLinks tutorial movie.
This has been tested on Mac OS X (10.5) for EndNote X2 on Firefox and Safari and on Windows XP for EndNote X2 on Internet Explorer and Firefox..
*Note: Some databases, such as BIOSIS, insert extra information in the Journal Name field. This information is usually the place of the journal's publication, in parentheses. You can edit this out in your Citation View to allow UC-eLinks to locate the full text. For example, change Plant Physiology (Rockville, MD) to just Plant Physiology.
