EWMBA 222 Financial Information Analysis
Spring 2011
All US SEC filings are public information and are freely available from the SEC, and also on most company websites under Investor Information.
What information is available in a 10-K? Lexis-Nexis Academic has good descriptions of what is contained in the major filings (Annual Reports, 8-K, 10-K, Q, 4, 20F, 144, Proxy, Prospectus, Registration Statement, Accompanying Exhibits) - select the blue Companies tab in the left column, then the SEC Filings link. Click on the information button for each filing to get a detailed description.
