TCB research is a searchable database of full-text research reports on the latest issues in business management and US and global economics. This includes many reports on Human Resources and related topics. |

Google Scholar
|
A multidisciplinary portal to peer-reviewed journal articles. Works best on-campus. Be sure to evaluate results as the database includes books, patents, and other non-peer-reviewed material. |

PolicyFile is a collection of research from various public policy think tanks. This will be particularly useful for finding information about public policy issues related to organizational behavior. |
