Databases and Indexes

• Chinese Academic Journals database
  This is the largest full-text Chinese academic journals database. Instructions are available in the CCSL Catalogs section.
• Chinese laws and regulations (CD-ROM)
  CCSL is in the process of acquiring the CD-ROM legal database Guojia falu fagui ku (Chinese laws and regulations).
• Index to Chinese Science and Technology Literature.
• People's Daily Index and Full Text
  This database includes an index and full-text articles from the People's Daily. It allows keyword searches, and articles can be printed or downloaded to disk.
• Chinese Dissertations Reference (CD-ROM)
  This CD-ROM contains Chinese and English indexes and abstracts of over 60,000 doctoral dissertations and master's theses from major universities in Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, the United States, and Canada.
