Landscape Architecture Indexes & Abstracts is a selective list of periodical indexes covering all aspects of landscape architecture. For newspaper indexes and databases please see News Article Databases.

• Academic search complete UC Only Indexes articles in more than 1,500 general interest journals and scholarly journals in the humanities, social sciences, and general sciences. Abstracts and full text available for many titles indexed. There are many book review citations, especially in the humanities and social sciences.

EnvDesign SB469 L3 Index
• Lexis-Nexis academic UCB Only Includes indexing to over 6,000 journals, newspapers, broadcast transcripts, & wire services. Full text. Offers wide geographic coverage and translations from foreign-language sources. Good for public policy and business issues.

• Web of science UCB Only Includes the Science Citation Index, which indexes 5,300 major journals across 164 science disciplines (coverage: 1945--) and the Social Sciences Citation Index, which indexes 1,700 journals across 50 social science disciplines, as well as individually selected items from over 3,300 leading scientific and technical journals. Also offers cited reference searching.
