Purpose:
* To assure the inclusion of treatment wetlands in the redevelopment of Naval Station Treasure Island.
* To assure that the wetlands system to be included in the developer's proposal is of adequate size to treat a significant portion of the island's runoff.
* To assure the inclusion in the EIR of an adequately sized wetlands in at least one alternative.
* To obtain a commitment from the Navy to clean up to a level appropriate for wildlife.
