Public Company Financial Disclosures and Reporting
Recent annual reports and financial disclosure information for public companies is readily available on the web at sites such as Yahoo Finance and Google Finance. For Security and Exchange Commission-required filings, including 10Ks and 10Qs, see the SEC's EDGAR database for free access to all SEC filings.
Disclosures and annual reports not available through these sites can be accessed either by using one of the databases below (1994-present, with some historical coverage available through Proquest Historical Annual Reports) or by accessing the microfiche collection in the Business Library (pre-1995).
For more information about available company information resources, please see Business Library Subject Guide #4, Company Information.
