Investment bank analyst reports from Thomson Research/Investext offer a look at a company's past performance and predicitons of how it will perform in the future.

• CCH Capital Changes Reports
  Contains the complete capital change histories of over 58,000 corporations.
  
• Global Financial Data (GFD)
  Contains long runs of historical data (over 6,000 series) on security markets and macroeconomic trends for over 150 countries.
  

Recent annual reports and financial disclosure information for public companies is readily available on the web at sites such as Yahoo Finance and Google Finance.  For Security and Exchange Commission-required filings, including 10Ks and 10Qs, see the SEC's EDGAR database for free access to all SEC filings.

Disclosures and annual reports not available through these sites can be accessed either by using one of the databases below (1994-present, with some historical coverage available through Proquest Historical Annual Reports) or by accessing the microfiche collection in the Business Library (pre-1995).
