• BP Statistical Review of World Energy 2012
  The BP Statistical Review of World Energy has been published for 61 years. This online edition contains all the charts and tables found in the printed edition, plus a number of extras including: Historical data from 1965 in Excel for many sections and additional data for natural gas, coal, hydroelectricity, nuclear energy, and renewables. In addition to viewing, data from the website can be downloaded and charted using the charting tool. The statistics in the Review are taken from government and other primary sources as well as published data.

• International Energy Agency's World Energy Outlook
  The 2012 edition of the World Energy Outlook was released on 12 November 2012.
