Many International Governmental Organizations publish on the Internet. Some of these services are free of charge, others are subscription based and available via UC Berkeley.

The following resources are searchable, full-text databases from international governmental organizations.
CELEX. Comprehensive source of European Union law, including EU treaties and international agreements as well as secondary and supplemenary legislation, case law, and parliamentary questions (coverage varies for some of these categories).Superseded in 2005 by Eur-Lex.
Europarl. Official site of the European Parliament. Includes full-text of EU Parliament Debates, adopted texts, proceedings, committee reports and EU Parliament hearings.
Eur-Lex. Includes the Official Journal of the European Union, regulations, decisions, directives, treaties, consolidated versions of legislation, and judgments by the EU Court of Justice. The Celex database prior to 2005 offers a superior interface.
FAO Corporate Depository. FAO documents and publications, as well as selected non-FAO publications, in electronic format.
GATT Digital Library. Documents and information of and about the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) from 1947-1994, from Stanford University.
International Monetary Fund (IMF). Database of IMF publications, including Country Reports, Working Papers, Occasional Papers, and Policy Discussion Papers.
Inter-American Development Bank Project Documents. Project documents from the Inter-American Development Bank. See also the IADB Publications site.
League of Nations Statistical and Disarmament Documents. Full-text of over 260 League of Nations documents, from Northwestern University Libraries.
Source OECD (UCB Only). Information from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), including country studies, reports, periodicals, and statistical databases.
United Nations Official Documents System. Comprehensive full-text database of United Nations documents since 1993, as well as UN resolutions from 1946 onwards.
United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Includes documents on poverty reduction, gender & development, governance, and other themes. See the UNDP Human Development Report Library and statistics page.
UNESDOC. Full-text database of documents from the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, including resolutions and decisions since 1946.
United Nations Conference on Trade & Development Digital Library. Includes online texts of UNCTAD discussion papers, occasional papers, globalization and development strategies and much more.
United Nations Documentation Center. Simple site with most important UN documents: resolutions and decisions and selected sessional documents, speeches, and press releases.
United Nations Treaty Collection -- UCB Access Only. Multilateral Treaties deposited with the Secretary-General, and the United Nations Treaty Series (UNTS). Over 40,000 bilateral and multilateral treaties.
World Health Organization Documentation. Documentation in all official languages of the WHo for executive board decisions and assemblies. The WHO Policy System page includes executive board resoltions and decisions from 1948.
World Bank e-Library (UCB Only). Database of full-text World Bank publications, from 1993, in the fields economics, public policy, education, development, gender, the environment, and more.
World Bank Documents and Reports . Full-text of World Bank project reports, including country and economic sector work, evaluation reports, working papers, and project appraisals.
World Trade Organization (WTO) Documents Online Database. Documents from the World Trade Organization from 1994. Includes text of the trade policy reviews reference volumes.

The following is a list of International Government Organizations with full-text publications. The library attempts to acquire many of these. Please contact the international documents librarian for obtaining print copies.
African Development Bank. Regional development bank promoting the economic development and social progress in Africa. Publications include research papers, development reviews, and project reports.
Asia Pacific Economic Corporation (APEC). Intergovernmental organization concentrating on trade and investment in the Asia-Pacific region. Includes full-text of documents and reports and publications.
European Bank for Reconstruction & Development. Includes an extensive list of full-text working papers and publications, focusing on finance and development economics in Eastern Europe.
Global Programme for Globalization, Liberalization and Sustainable Human Development. Partnership between the United Nations Development Programme, United Nations Conference on Trade & Development, and the Global Programme. Includes working papers and country assessments.
International Court of Justice. Principle judicial organ of the United Nations. Includes decisions, written pleadings, and verbatim records of oral proceedings.
International Organization for Migration (IOM). Principal International organization on migration, focusing on labour migration and trafficking.
Joint United Nations Programme on AIDS (UNAIDS). Joint programme of the United Nations advocating for worldwide action against HIV/AIDS.
North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Online Library. Includes reference publications, treaties, official texts, transcripts, speeches, and fellowship reports sponsored by the NATO Academic Forum.
Pan-American Health Organization (PAHO). Books, technical reports and periodicals dealing with international public health issues in the Americas.
United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF). Full-text of publications from the UN Children's agency.
United Nations Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM). .United Nations Women's agency. Also links to publications from Women Ink, the publishing arm of the International Women's Tribune Centre.
United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Includes documents on poverty reduction, gender & development, governance, and other themes. See also the UNDP Human Development Report Library.
United Nations Economic Commission for Africa. Regional commission of the United Nations for Africa. Publications broken down by subject, as well as a more comprehensive documents page.
United Nations Economic & Social Commission for Asia & the Pacific. UN regional commission for Asia and the Pacific. Publications on poverty, development, trade, the environment, and more.
United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America & the Caribbean. Regional commission for the UN in Latin America. Includes the Statistical Yearbook for Latin America and the Caribbean.
UNICEF Innocenti Research Publications. Innocenti is the research centre for the United Nations Children's Fund. Publications cover child labor, minorities, gender, development, urban issues and more.
United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). UN agency for sustainable industrial development, with an emphasis on economic and environmental policies, particularly in Africa.
United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). UN agency combatting illicit drugs and international crime. Includes links to the International Narcotics Control Board (INCB) and the United Nations Interregional Crime & Justice Research Institute (UNICRI).
United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). United Nations agency for global population issues. Site includes documents and publications on reproductive health, HIV/AIDS and other topics.
United Nations Research Institute for Social Development (UNRISD). UN agency researching the social dimensions of world development. Includes full-text documents on a wide range of development issues.
United Nations University (UNU).Research agency of the United Nations. Publications section includes sections on agriculture, the environment, food and nutrition, natural resources, and more.
World Institute for Development Economics Research (WIDER). Research and training center of the UNU, charged with the study of global economics and international political economy. Includes a database of world income inequality.
