Find Statistics and Numeric Data

The Library provides access to an extensive amount of numeric data. Our holdings include:

  • social/demographic data, (e.g., surveys and censuses)
  • microeconomic data, (e.g., labor market and industrial indicators)
  • U.S. and foreign macroeconomic data
  • political science data, (e.g., election results and voter surveys)

The Library Data Lab in Doe Library offers assistance to UC Berkeley students, staff, and faculty in locating and using numeric data. In addition, the Lab and maintains workstations with Stata, SAS, SPSS, R, Stat/Transfer and ArcGIS software. Hours, contact information, and guides to finding data are found on the Lab website.
