Instant Message (IM) Reference Services: This collaborative IM service was staffed by librarians from Chemistry, Engineering, Mathematics-Statistics, Physics, and Optometry. It is offered from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 to 5 p.m. during semesters.
